ODTS helps teams describe work before implementing it and keep the result traceable. The specification deliberately focuses on a small set of rules. It does not prescribe a programming language, testing framework, release model, or branching strategy.
ODTS is a specification, not software. Its GitHub configuration is the first reference implementation, not its definition.
Documentation status: This human-readable presentation describes ODTS 1.9.5. ODTS-Specification is always authoritative. During an update, this documentation may temporarily differ from the current reference implementation.
